Nice, comfortable room. Was tidy and clean with a good range of TV channels. Location is a little out of the city centre but had very convenient links to U-Bahn system which made access to airport and all of the attractions easily reachable. Only downside was no replenishment of water, tea and coffee but in the grand scheme didnt dampen my stay.

Friendly welcome in a neat hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet, somewhat industrial part of Vienna. U-bahn nearby and walking to the center takes about an hour. The room is modern, neat and clean. Unfortunately no refrigerator and safe, but a clean and fresh bathroom and nice beds. We couldn't get the TV to work and the hair dryer did get warm, but didn't blow. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. Fresh rolls, hot dishes, cheeses, good coffee, juices, fruit and sweets. Everything fresh with also many vegetarian and vegan choices. And very friendly service everywhere. When leaving we could take fruit with us for the road and we received a hazelnut waffle. Absolutely fantastic!

This hotel has a great location and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety of choices. I would definitely come back.

The facilities, rooms, and staff were all very friendly and I was very satisfied with my stay. But the location is not too close to attractions, so be careful. However, it’s not a big problem☺️☺️

I went alone, but the bed was big, there was water, it was clean, the bathroom was nice, there was air conditioning, blackout curtains, and a TV! It's a shame there's no refrigerator, but there's a coffee pot so I could eat cup ramen!! I really liked it... I was worried about the location, but it was a 10-minute subway ride to Stephansplatz, so transportation was convenient. There's a shopping mall called Gasometer right next to the subway, and there's a McDonald's, so I ate hamburgers for breakfast every day! I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is close to the U3 station, the rooms are clean and very modern. The breakfast has everything your heart desires. The hotel staff is polite and friendly. I can't find any negative points.

It was perfect, right next to the Metro to reach the center in 15mins.

It is clean and water is provided daily as a service.

This is a modern, comfortable and reasonably-priced hotel for a break in Vienna. Stayed in Roomz when we went to Vienna for couple of concerts at the Gasometer (30 seconds walk from the hotel to Gasometer; just across the street) The facilities are relatively new, rooms are clean and well designed, nice breakfast. The hotel is located along the U3 line (round the corner) and is a convenient 10 minutes to Stephansplatz. (10 minute walk to the international bus station) I will for sure stay at Roomz again, and recommend it to the fellow travelers :) Only thing I've missed is free wi-fi in my room, and a coffee maker.

We booked 2 rooms. One twin and one double. The double room was very large with a large office space. A plus: the toilet is separate from the bathroom but the bathroom needs a door for more privacy. The VMC and air conditioning were too noisy. Impossible to sleep with the air conditioning on. The staff is generally not friendly. In one of the rooms, the shower gel was not replaced in the middle of the stay. When I realized this in the evening, the tall brunette at reception initially refused to change my shower gel then agreed by saying to do it myself... I insisted that she go up and change it because it is not my job and there is a special mechanism and after several refusals and my annoyance her colleague agreed to do it. It is a shame, in which hotel is it up to the customer to do the staff's job... The staff, their welcome and their helpfulness need to be reviewed. The room was clean overall (just needed dusting). The breakfast was good.
