The room is cozy for a single traveller. Bathroom is clean. Near the metro. Downside is you have to pay for wifi and it should be provided for the amount we are paying. Staffs are friendly

Also bough a bit dated this is a nice hotel with decent breakfast and efficient staff. Rooms were large and beds comfortable. Tram route D passes the hotel and will drop you at many touristy spots and importantly the main train station. U4 I station is just down road and very nice Pub Restaurant The Golden Harp is 100 meters away.

The hotel is situated on a reachable distance from the centre of Wien which can be reached by the tram and Ubahn. Credits and thanks to a very helpful staff. Nice rooms, air condition, quiet environment, comfortable beds, Franz Joosef railwaystation near by, pets allowed.

Amazingly located and very welcoming staff! The hotel has an old fashioned vibe and is all decorated with Mozart inspired stuff. The room was confortable, but mattress and pillows could be improved, and also the shower. The breakfast was also good, although not very friendly with different diets or food requirements.

Great stay! Stayed here with my family of 5 in 2 rooms. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms were spacious and adequate. Great bargain. Breakfast was fresh and had a great selection. All adults and kids were happy. Hotel bar was great too. There isn’t a bartender but the front desk staff can serve you drinks. 2 glasses of wine were 3.5 euros. Can’t beat that! Hotel is 1 minute from tram station in the city center and there is a grocery store within 1 minute walking distance. Would stay here again.

Stayed for three nights. Arrived mid afternoon Sunday and was greeted at the hotel by a professional, nice and friendly receptionist. She worked efficiently and quickly gave me the room key. The hotel is old and it shows. The room was spacious and appeared clean. Two large windows overlooking a construction site which meant quite a lot of loud sounds I wished I was warned about. Starting early in the morning and going to late afternoon. There was no minibar, no ironing board or other amenities one expects. The bathroom had an extremely loud fan, and the old steam shower was tattered and filthy. There was quite a bit of visible mould many places in the shower. The breakfast was also a disappointment sadly. The bread selection was quite small, mostly white bread rolls. The scrambled eggs were dry and tasteless, and the bacon appeared to be boiled and were grey and soggy. They also had two selections of yoghurt but that weren’t kept cold. Nice selection of cereal and good coffee.

Horrible service from front desk to back office (reservation) super cocky attitude 3 star hotel acting like 7 star, not worth even a star. Every staff acts like a director or General manager of the hotel. Answer all your questions sarcastically. Dirty room, everything is out of date. if you don't want your holiday to be ruined, stay out!

So what if it’s not a five ⭐️ big name hotel? …this bothers my kids more than me “Mama, check into a more upscale place…” But i don’t care because I LIKE THIS PLACE. It’s clean, the rooms are roomy, the LOCATION is fantastic and very convenient for my purposes, the prices are too. It’s a bit on the funky, outdated and worn side, but if you want the alternative (modern, minimalist, designer and branded) then prepare to pay an arm and a leg! The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff attentive and efficient. Safe feeling. Convenient to public transport points, markets, cafes, everything. And literally across the street from where I hang when I’m there, so it’s like an extension to my kids’ place (with the exception of the furnishings) but I get my own room, and i don’t have to share a bath. What more could anyone want then? I’ve stayed there twice and will stay there again.

Great hotel, great neighbourhood, very friendly staff. Cute room. Only wifi was bad but we survived. We did not eat at the hotel so can’t say about that. Clean, cozy, friendly, great location. You can bring in all the food and drinks you want. No parking but the receptionist gave us the address of a close by garage that we paid 6€ a day. Overall I would go back.
