Nice hotel, well-furnished and warm services, would consider stay here again next time.

But overall, it meets the five-star standard

The room was renovated 10 years ago and it's time to update the facilities. However, the hotel front desk still attaches great importance to the guests' check-in experience. When I checked in, the room next door was still making loud noises at 12 o'clock one night, so I called the front desk directly to complain. Within half an hour, The room next door was silent. Later, the front desk took the initiative to ask if this matter had affected the check-in experience. They could only say that it was not true. It was just that their front desk had zero tolerance for excessive things and took the initiative to stop practical actions to solve the problem.

My adult son and I used points to stay- what an amazing hotel! Location is great- near many restaurants and designer shops- and inexpensive Uber. The room is absolutely beautiful, so spacious and a huuuge walk-in shower. Probably the BEST ever! The staff were so helpful and professional- especially Karim (secured reservations at Fabio’s and Figmueller’s) both were delicious- and Oliver, who helped us with our Bratislava trip. I would live in this hotel forever if I could!

I cannot give enough superlatives to this property. We have had Globalist status with Hyatt for alsmot a decade. So we are quite used to Hyatt properties treating us very well. However every day the hotel staff at this property goes above and beyond what we are used to. There are two individuals that I dealt with pretty much daily that I would like to single out. Hannes was are waiter each morning for breakfast in The Bank. Besides being an excellent waiter, he is one of the most pleasant people I have ever met. He is always there to assist you, and there with a big smile. He also gave me so much advice on places to go, and things to see. When we left the propety, we left as friends. Stephan the hotel concierge is the best hotel concierge I have ever dealt with. He is extremely knowledeable, and very detail oriented. I 100% trust any advice gives. Like Hannes, Stephan is a big part of what makes this hotel so spectacluar. The building itself is absolutely beautiful, and right in the middle of everything. The pool, in an old bank vault, is stunning. Our room (Park Suite) was very nice. This hotel is doing everything right, and I am happy to recommend highly recommend it.

The staff, specially the concierge team is amazing. The property is magnificent with the best location in the city. Room and bathroom are incredible with several amenities and the toiletries are with very delightful fragance. I deeply recomend it.

Amazing place,stunning restaurant,everything as it should be. Will go again as soon as I can. Location is so near all attractions and shopping. Rooms are said to be small but we found our room was perfect size with lovely en suite. Staff second to none.

Beautiful hotel and staff, location is fantastic. The rooms are very spacious, and room amenities are beyond expectations. The breakfast variety is amazing. The snack bar menu is phenomenal especially the lobster rolls. The bar at the hotel is beautiful and always busy. It is the true meaning of luxury and will definitely be back.

We stayed for three nights with Park Hyatt Vienna and everything was so over the top. You would tell no expense was spared to make the hotel beautiful. The entire staff is amazing. They are always waiting to anticipate something you may need. Room service was catered to times when we were not in the room and bottles of water were always stocked up. Our room was a wonderful size. We did request extra pillows and those were brought promptly to the room. We had an issue with the shower being Luke warm and they send someone immediately to take a look and when I came back from dinner there was a ticket with clear communication that the concern was addressed. We tried their breakfast and it was nice. We also had lunch and that was very good as well. All these meals were eaten inside “The Bank” We also utilized the salon to get my husband a haircut. The atmosphere was very nice with water being offered and magazines to look through. I regret not having enough time to go to the pool or book a spa treatment. This was our first Park Hyatt experience and we hope that others match this standards. We will absolutely stay here again if in Vienna

We stayed at the Paris Hyatt Vendome and the Hyatt Milano and so we tried to compare them to the Hyatt Vienna. It is too close to call for us, We loved our stay here and breakfast was fantastic with many choices. The room was spacious and we had a comfortable bed. The hotel is within walking distance to many of the sights including the cathedral. Many thanks to Nick our host at check in, Stefano the concierge, Mario who helped with bags, Youssef the porter who hailed us a taxi, Joanna for room service, Anya, at checkout, and Bassam at breakfast. We loved our stay and it is a gorgeous hotel.

My wife and I stayed at the Park Hyatt Vienna for the second time this past week. We had such an incredible stay our first time around, almost always comparing all other hotels we stayed since then to the wonderful Park Hyatt Vienna. Traveling is really a hobby for us, and this hotel is quite literally one of our favorites in the world. This stay was no exception, and we were again sad to say goodbye. Our stay this November coincided with my birthday, and the concierge/guest relations team, specifically Paulina, went above and beyond to make this stay extra special. Upon arrival there were some special homemade treats wishing me “Alles Gute zum Geburtstag”, as well as a handwritten note. Our upgraded room was beautiful and clean, and housekeeping did a phenomenal job refreshing towels, soaps, and even bringing additional towels when asked. We were really looking forward to returning to the bar and restaurant which are set in an immaculately stunning room where service is always amazing. The mixed green salad with the carrot and ginger salad dressing was a highlight last time, and we must’ve ordered it at least five times during this stay, too. As good as we can remember! Cannot recommend the Park Hyatt Vienna enough. The team, location, rooms, and food are truly unbeatable.

I was just here for a business meeting, but managed to leave my luggage here and work for the afternoon here. The catering for a business breakfast was very good, the public and business spaces are very impressive, but what really sets the place apart was the staff service, which was very evidently driven by a genuine desire to please and (so far as I could see) a respect for staff to make their own decisions on what is best for guests. Really refreshing.

From the moment the doorman greeted us with a genuine smile, I knew this place was special. The lobby's atmosphere sets the tone for an exceptional stay - elegant without being stuffy. The rooms are spotlessly maintained, and the way the housekeeping team times their service to never interrupt your schedule shows true professional consideration
