All was very neat and clean. We have really appreciated our room, which was equipped with all necessary. Just a point, breakfast was too expensive, just a few less would be correct value for money. All in all, a good stay.

Quiet Clean and Spacious room, good breakfast , staff are helpful Nice bath and toilet. Public transport is less than 5 mins away.

Get everything you need for travelling. The room is spacious and very comfortable. Location wise it also has tram direct to the city centre part.

Room is big and clean. Location is convenient as there is direct train between Vienna airport yo Rennweg. Next to Belverde and within walking distance to other main attractions. Would recommend!

the experience at the hotel was a rollercoaster ride. we’ve booked a superior room for 4 nights only. check-in was fast and efficient. we were first impressed by how spacious the room was and the cleanliness of it. we r also able to check in early which had plus points for the hotel. unfortunately, the air-conditioning in our room was spoil, the reception offered changed of room and bell boy service. when the bell boy arrived, we have not yet finished packing, his face seemed as if we owed him billions of dollars. we have gotten an upgrade of room, appreciate that. however, during the second night, the ac in our room was quite stuffy, called the receptionist for assistance, they sent someone up to our room. the guy was knocking vigorously at the door. as a female guest staying in the room, i was terrified, thinking was some drunk guy knocking on my door. he did not identify himself and when i opened the door he said “i’m here to teach you how to operate the ac” i showed him to the ac controller, he said “i’m not sure why is it like that” he then blamed my mcdonald’s and friend showering in the bathroom and opened the windows. since it was late night, we didn’t wan to make a fuss, we planned to inform them again next morning. they sent 2 technicians to check if the ac was operating, the technicians were nice enough to explain to us that the ac is spoil and would take days or months to repair. we have to change room again, declined bell boy service. we were extremely disappointed. feedback to the hotel, they send a receptionist and apologise to us. he offered free breakfast as compensation but we declined as we wanted to explore the city breakfast. on the third night, was time to settle down, while trying to close the partition door, a metal screw dropped onto my friend’s head. thankfully, she had tower on her head, else idk what to say. we didn’t want to make big fuss, left the screw on the floor on purpose, hoping the housekeeper would informed someone to fix it. when we were back after a long day, the screw remain the same place on the floor. we give up since after the feedback, we didn’t felt the sincerity of the apology so shall justice leave it as it is. the hotel location is ok. 30 mins away from city centre, have to change from tram to metro in order to reach. able to go directly to the airport as well. overall, if you r reading my review, ig i’m just toooooo lucky as compared to others with a 5/5 stars review. maybe luck plays a part as well. jus didn’t have a pleasant stay in the hotel, but bed and cleanliness is good, is jus the service can be better for a 4 star hotel.

Massive hotel room! The airport train S7 is a very short walk from hotel, super convenient to and from airport. If you want a late night snack there’s a supermarket dm and Burger King very close by. No water provided by the hotel but you can pretty much drink all the tap water in Vienna!

Lady Luck smiled on us when we got upgraded on arrival to a suite on the top floor. The hotel is located centrally with the Belvedere palace practically in its backyard. Transportation is very easy with tram lines crossing in front of the hotel. every morning a terrific buffet awaited us. Overall a very pleasant stay at teh Savoyen.

The hotel room is 35 square meters, which is considered large in Europe. The price is not expensive. It costs about 700 per night without breakfast. I stayed for four nights in a row. I didn’t get bottled drinking water. It was the only hotel in Europe that didn’t provide bottled drinking water. In Europe, tap water should be available. I gave a 5-euro tip after checking in on the first night. I forgot to tip on the morning of the second night because I had an appointment at Schönbrunn Palace at 9 o’clock. When I came back at night, the old towels were taken away and no new ones were given. I have been to more than 20 countries. This is the first time I have seen a hotel not changing towels. When I told the front desk, they didn’t even say sorry, as if it was my fault. The room I stayed in also had no bathtub, although I saw reviews of other rooms. In addition, the room 323 I stayed in was a connecting room next to the elevator, with a connecting door to the next room. I was too lazy to change it on the first day because I arrived late. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, which was 28 euros. I stayed at Anantara Budapest the night before, and the hotel's breakfast was 30 euros at the New York Cafe. Maybe Vienna is more expensive. The transportation is very convenient. I bought the Vienna City Card, so the transportation to various places is included, except for the S7 to the airport. 4 to 5 minutes away, you can take the 71 bus to the Hofburg and the Vienna Art Museum. Turn left and take the 71 tram, which is the entrance to the Lower Palace of Schönbrunn Palace. Turn left and take the 71 tram. There is an old shop on the way to the 71 tram for more than 100 years. Salm brau, good ribs, home-brewed beer, and delicious lemon beer. From the hotel to the airport, cross the road to the right and take the S7 directly to the airport for 3 to 4 minutes. The adult ticket is 4.5 euros. Children are 1.1 euros (children are considered under 18 or 19 years old). Use city tickets. The card should have a discount, but I didn't figure out which one to choose on the machine. After the discount, it should be about 2.1 euros for adults. From the hotel to the train station, the S2/S3 and S7 subways are all in the same place, and it's only two or three stops to Vienna Railway Station. I took the train from Budapest and it was very convenient to get to the hotel. In addition, there is a medium-sized supermarket Lidl at the subway station, which is very convenient for buying fruits, yogurt, sausages, bread🥖 and various daily necessities.
