We booked an apartment with a kitchen. There was a kitchen, but no kitchen utensils. Not even spoons. What's the point of this kitchen then?

Had breakfast and was ripped off for 14 euros. It was extremely bad. I asked the waiter if my meal included breakfast. The waiter said yes. Then when I was almost done eating, he blackmailed me into giving me 14 euros. After I explained the situation, the hotel manager, the front desk, and the waiter, all three of whom were black, started saying that if you eat, you have to pay. I didn't know about the 14 euro breakfast from beginning to end, and I definitely wouldn't eat it. Room was perfect, the location is a little bit away from the main city but with good public transport. Just 2 negatives during our visit:
1. There was no hot water available for a day due to some repair work.
2. The cleaner just barged into the room with her key even before the check-out time.

I booked it when Vienna was in season and got a great price! Schönbrunn Palace is about 20-25 minutes on foot and other Central tourist attractions are about 20-30 minutes by public transportation! Those who plan to visit Schönbrunn for the longest time probably don't necessarily need to see the Central palaces! In that sense, the location wasn't bad!
