Hotel is next to the Vienna main station, many restaurants are inside the station so the location is good. But you can hear the noise next to your room easily. Still recommend it

Very regular chain hotel, everything very cheap. I think that even 100€ is overpriced for this place No kettle in the room but you could take hot water in the bar downstairs Bed is ok. So for one night it’s ok option if you need just a room to slip in and take a train next day

God budget hotel but there was no safe in the hotel.. which is quite uncommon. Did not feel comfortable leaving valuables in the hotel room

The hotel is located in a great location, near the central train station. The convenient shops are nearby the hotel. The room was cleaned and the staff is kind and pleasant.

The hotel is just in front of main train station. Easy access . Clean and kind staff. But their wifi had problem so we had to change room .

Quick check-in and location is just a 5-min walk from Wien hbf (Vienna Central Terminal). Clean room and bed, and good shower with shower gel. Remember to bring all other amenities eg slippers, drinking water etc.

The location was excellent close to everything transportation and restaurants. The only issue was the point to contact them no telephone provided in the room instead was to email them where it took ages for the response. The hair dryer ii our room was not working and highlighted this to the receptionist but no solution was offered until we checked out.

So near from the main station however the service is not really good. The staff open our room door more than 4 times in a day I wonder what they’re doing and when I opened the door I ask what happened they just say it’s okay thank you??? It’s give me uncomfortable feeling.

A nice hotel located next to Vienna Central Station, the room is clean, but lacks of coffee and tea making facilities and digital safe. Free wifi access.
