The hotel has been renamed. There is a parking space, the size of the house is the same as the reservation, 17 square meters, but on the top edge, there is no WiFi signal, there are also ingredients to bully the Chinese. Breakfast, service is acceptable, affordable. Always worth the money. Deceiving the Chinese is a big problem in this trip. I hope that Ctrip can solve it later.

Nice hotel with amazing views of Vienna. If you get lucky or ask for a higher floor room. I stayed on the 18th floor and view was fantastic. Well appointed room, very clean and cozy. Staff at the Front Desk very helpful and friendly. Were 2 girls, Francesca and another lovely young lady but I cant recall her name. Not far from Meidling train station and in proximity of enough public transportation. Thanks for your hospitality!

The hotel is lovely. Well presented. Airy. Nice chilled atmosphere. Good breakfasts. Room was clean, well presented with a lovely large bathroom. The hotel is not in the centre of Vienna but with a train stop almost opposite (and a 3 day public transport pass at 17 euros) it’s easy to get around. The staff are pleasant. The bar well stocked. We would go back. The only thing that let it down for us was the fact that in 3 days they didn’t fix our bathroom door (which wouldn’t close 🙈) and didn’t clean our room on one day.

Good experiences: Very good location. 1 min from the Metro station. Supermarket in a distance of 30 seconds walk. Water and apple in the lobby as refreshment. Relatively affordable in Vienna. Bad experiences: Unstable water temperature during bathing. That made me just like travelling between hell and heaven for many times. They opened the window when I was out. Then I found insects when I came back. That was a bit disgusting and I need to spend time to deal with the insects. No telephone so I can’t seek help at once. The toilet flush wet the floor.

Room- The room was renovated 3 years ago and seems VERY new which was a big plus. However: NO fridge/minibar, NO phone in room , NO table, NO chair, NO couch/sofa, NO closet (hangers available), NO English Channel on TV. NO Netflix (even though there’s a Netflix button on the remote control). Air conditioner worked fine (cooling). Drapes managed to block outside light in by about 90%. Wi-Fi- Wi-Fi was at a low quality and speed and disconnected much of the time. Hotel area- It’s difficult to locate the hotel from the street and there’s no easy visible sign. You enter through a passageway in the middle of a big building. The reception is located on 3rd floor. The rooms are on the floors above. Area- Billa plus supermarket nearby. Early check in- My experience in travelling around the world has shown that usually (in the large majority of the times), when arriving early, if the hotel has an available room they would let you in for free and not delay you until the normal check in time. I arrived at about 7 AM and asked to check in early. They had a room but requested an additional payment for this which made the deal for this hotel, which is not centrally located, less worthwhile. I wrote them beforehand that I request an early check in. It seems they sent a message about this which wasn’t received. (Had I known this in advance I most probably would have chosen a better hotel option (one that was more expensive but at a better location). Getting to town and airport- To get to town by public transport you can take a 10 minute walk to the number 1 tram on Windtenstrasse, that takes you to Karlsplatz station. From there you can take other forms of transportation like various U bahn routes. A taxi to/from the airport cost on Bolt €34.50. If you’re one person you can save by taking public transportation (or even a taxi) to the S7 train to the airport Tip: Save money- don’t take the CAT airport train (costs €14.50). Use the S7 airport train which does the same route to Wien Mitte station, (only 9 minutes more) and costs only €4.30. Btw, Some of this cost (S7 only) can be saved when purchasing a 24/48/72 hour transportation ticket. Breakfast- Relatively nice breakfast for a 3 star hotel: Eggs scrambled but precooked, cooked 3/5 minute eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, jams, buns, plain croissants, yellow cheeses, meat like salami and s*****en, fruit salad, some fruit, coffee machine, tea, cold drink machine, some cereals and yoghurt. Top eingerichtet und in jedem Zimmer ist die Liebe zum Detail spürbar! Überall wurden hochwertige Produkte ausgesucht!!! Lage: ruhig aber doch nahezu zentral -＞ U-Bahn zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar - von dort kann man Wien erkunden! Infrastruktur PERFEKT: Supermärkte; Restaurants; Fast Food; und vieles mehr... Fußgängerzone mit vielen Geschäften (Kleidung usw) auch in der Nähe!!! Man wird sehr toll empfangen und fühlt sich wohl - alles ist perfekt sauber!!!+
