Decent hotel in between the airport and downtown. A bit smoky smelling in the elevator and the hallways with a lingering odor in the room. WiFi was not the best, streaming was spotty. The restaurant was good with a large selection of Chinese food. The nearby temple sounded the drums and gong early in the morning and several times throughout the day. Even though the front desk had to be reminded of the type of room booked the service was okay.

Hotel itself was a good deal as our room has a river view and balcony. Restaurant not great.

Looked old but good area, good service with kind staff I booked for the wrong date but fortunately, it had other rooms. They allowed us to move from another date to the date that we wanted. Thanks for the service.

Best and real proper hotel I ever stay in Lao. I had such good and comfortable sleep and stay here. Staff are very friendly and excellent services.

At check-in, I had to wait for a while to confirm my reservation. I booked a double room, but I stayed in a twin room for the first night. The manual for using the in-room safe was incorrect, making it difficult to set it up, and very few staff members understood it. The room is on the 6th floor. All of them were on the 5th floor. Also, I was disappointed that there was no juice for breakfast. The only drinks I had were coffee, tea, and water 😔 On the positive side, the beef noodles were very delicious 😁
