Room walls with fungus, not maintained, bathrooms not properly cleaned, no hot water, beside room open and full of drinking smoking inside, not suitable for family

Intercom not working. Bathroom water is not flushed out requested for plumber to check but they didn’t attend on time. Not worth for money paid.

Booked a deluxe room and got good rate. Rooms of hotel are specious, but not maintained well. Bathroom was in poor shape, water leaking and shower was scaled. Even though price was justified, didn't feel comfortable staying there.

Wash rooms poor maintenance whip were attached to rooms. Bedsheets n pillows with covers were horrible in spite of repeated requests desired quality not provided. Provided kettle for tea or coffee making but stingy in providing tea or coffee sachets hardly one or two sachets provided as per their rule it seems for a family staying with three members

The photos that i saw online seemed to be good. But when i checked in the room and the attached bathroom where not clean. Broken curtains and dirty towels made my day worse.

Clean and decent stay. Value for money. Service can be bit more improved. Had to follow up for toiletries, towels and water bottles. Over all good experience at this price.

Very bad rooms and food is cold always. I mostly stay in benz circle area whenever i go to vijaywada and i wanted to try this out and i got a terrible experience. The staff is very dumb and food is always cold. The rooms are below average and they don’t clean the bed sheets. I saw the hair still on the pillows.
