Extrem nette Mitarbeiter. Schöner Wellnessber. sehr gute Massage vom Physiotherapeuten. Viele Speiseräume sehr laut, hell ohne Atmosphäre. Essen ok, aber weniger Besonderheiten. Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Lage ist sehr schön

Ich kann mich der vorherigen Bewertung nur anschließen! Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Wir waren schon in 3 anderen Robinson Clubs und dieser war leider mit Abstand der schlechteste: Zimmer alt und abgewohnt und werden nur gemacht, wenn man dem Housekeeping hinterher läuft. Das Licht im Zimmer ist völlig ungenügend - man sieht nichts! Das Team ist unfreundlich, unwillig und keiner grüßt! Die Anlage an einem Golfplatz ist sehr schön und gepflegt, die Tennisplätze schön - aber auch dort das System mit Reservierung über Aushang - warum nicht über die App wie in anderen Clubs? Besonders nett und gut war die Sportwoche mit Nadine - aber sie ist ja sonst nicht im Club!! Das Golf Team war leider im Vorfeld auch wenig hilfreich - hat nach dem Aufenthalt dann ins Gesamtbild gepasst, was wir noch nicht wussten, weil alle anderen Robinson Clubs in denen wir bisher waren wirklich Top waren. Das schlimmste war das Essen: MIni Auswahl - mehr als bescheidene Qualität - immer dasselbe. Dieselbe Käseplatte Frühstück/Mittag und Abendessen? Fleisch zäh und trocken, Fisch ungenießbar! Sogar der Asiate der sonst immer gut kocht ist in diesem Club zu vergessen! Wir sind dann auswärts essen gegangen! War eine traurige Erfahrung und wir empfehlen den Club sicher nicht weiter!

Der Club liegt vor einem Golfplatz.Die Liegen sind aus weißem Kunststoff wie die kleinen Tische.Alles sehr ungepflegt, die Tische total verschmutzt.Die Hocker an der Poolbar sind aus Metall.In der Sonne heiß und abends kalt.Ohne Kissen. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Das Essen hat keine Robinson Qualität.Trockenes Fleisch etc.. Die Essenszeiten werden auf die Minute eingehalten.Um 21/15 wird abgesperrt. Gäste am Abend anreisten(21/20 am Speisesaal) bekamen erst nach einer Diskussion die Gelegenheit schnell mit dem Teller loszulaufen. Wir waren zur Snackline um 14/56 da.Die Absperrung wurde vergessen wir hatten schon einen Teller in der Hand,da kam Claudia und zischte meine Frau an,"Noch 4 Minuten",schickte uns raus und sperrte ab.Gastgeber? Der Clubdirektor naja!!!!!!!!schöne Schuhe. Am freundlichsten ist das Personal an der Rezeption. Da die Golfer dem Club treu sind besteht für die Clubleitung kein Handlungsbedarf. Getränke sind gut auch der Tischwein. Sehr schön ist die Strandbar mit ihrem hervorragendem Barkeeper.Freundlich und kompetent. Der Strand ist naturbelassen und bei Ebbe kann man den Stand am Atlantik erreichen. Sehr ruhig. Fazit 4 Sterne Hotel mit Luft nach oben. .

A melhor estadia, staff, localização, comida, ambiente este local tem tudo para ser um dos melhores do Pais. Desde o mais pequeno detalhe foi a melhor estadia que tivemos na nossa passagem por Tavira. Os estrangeiros (alemães) sabem o que é bom por isso elegem aquele destino. Voltaremos com certeza

Had a amazing holiday here with my husband and my dad. The hotel is flat so was no problem for my dad who has mobility issues. From start to finish the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms had everything needed, air con, fridge, safe, coffee machine. The pool area was lovely, a large pool and lots of sunbeds, there wasn't any rush to get one in the morning as there were plenty, lots of trees if you want some shade or plenty of room to move the sunbeds around. My husband played a round of golf and thoroughly enjoyed it, Great that it was walking distance to the golf club. I enjoyed a relaxing facial in the wellness centre which was amazing, would definately recommend. The food was delicious, lots of variety. I do agree with other guests that more 2 and 4 seated tables would be helpful as not everyone wants to eat with a group of people they dont know. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a great mix of Portuguese, German and English guests too. The evening entertainment was great, varied, we went to 2 shows in the theatre and enjoyed the live music outside. We enjoyed the shuttle to the beach bar. we also had a run out to Tavera , a lovely town only 10 mins away. Cant fault anything really, would definately come back.

É sem dúvida o melhor e mais diferente all inclusive de Portugal. Ao contrário de todos os outros hotéis, aqui os hóspedes portugueses são efetivamente bem tratados pelos funcionários portugueses e pelos estrangeiros também. Há sempre imensa coisa diferente a acontecer e a comida é espetacular.

Having visited the Robinson club twice before with a group of golfers and enjoyed it so much I visited again with my wife. She subsequently loves this place as much as me. The courses are great and the food in the hotel is brilliant, so much choice. Rooms are large and very comfortable with a fridge, coffee machine and a safe. The staff everywhere are friendly and helpful making our stay wonderful. We will be back.
