Lovely place! The staff specially Juan Camilo was very helpful throughout the whole trip. They even have a welcome cocktail, breakfast and there’s a lovely pool facing the mountains. It’s a hidden gem in the middle of the Colombian Andes.

Pésima experiencia, por recomendación de un amigo fuimos a desayunar el pasado domingo, nos indico que era excelente el desayuno, pero para sorpresa nuestra fue muy desagradable. No tuvimos recibimiento del personal larga espera para traer la carta, después de un buen tiempo aún más sorprendidos nos atendió un niño, nuestro pedido no llego cómo lo habíamos hecho y cómo si fuera poco y después de otra larga espera nos trae la comida una persona que nada que ver con el servicio su presentación personal indicaba que era de otra área, Lamentablemente nos quedó de experiencia para no recomendar ni pará realizar ningún tipo de evento.

Lo único positivo la suite, la piscina supuestamente climatizada nunca se calento, literalmente es helada y siempre dicen que ya la van a prender. Los desayunos a destiempo si vas en pareja vas a ver comer y viceversa y para rematar muy poco. Sale muy caro para lo que se espera por pagar tanto.
