Sobre éste hotel tengo opiniones encontradas.Desde el inicio y hasta el final el personal fué educadisimo y muy amable a la hora de facilitarte información sobre Pamplona.Las habitaciones están muy cuidadas y limpias,hacen falta algunos arreglos,pero bien. Pero en la madrugada tuvimos un problema que apareció en la cama supletoria,que aunque lo solucionaron rápidamente ya que nos cambiaron de habitación,nos supuso una pérdida de horas de descanso y no dormir tranquilos. Pienso que éstas situaciones no deberían pasar en un hotel de éstas características y deberían ser muy cuidadosos en ese aspecto.

Buen hotel, sin más pretensiones. Vienes de paso, debes parar una noche y está bien. No te da más ni menos de lo que necesitas. Buen trato, buena cafeteria y precio ajustado. Además es bike friendly, lo que suma! La única nota negativa, son los ruidos de la terraza que nos toco debajo

Appena entrati ci si rende conto di essere in un hotel da incubo. Vecchio stile , arredi vecchi e il tutto in zona distante da tutto.... La camera sporca : capelli e segni vari sulle lenzuola, bagno non pulito con presenza di sporco "non identificato". Ascensore a prenotazione , neanche in ospedale... Personale nella norma. Insomma , alla larga! Ci sono strutture molto migliori allo stesso prezzo!

Het was een vuil en uitgeleefd hotel! De tijd is echt blijven stilstaan, je mag nostalgisch zijn, maar dit is er echt ovet. In de cafetaria aan de sigarettenautomaat lag er een pak stof en vuil van wel enkele jaren niet te poetsen! In de kamer was er een vieze lucht aanwezig. Het raam mooi moest open om van die vieze lucht verlost te geraken. Veel lawaai van voorbijrijdende wagens en er komt ook veel lawaai van de cafetaria onder de slaapkamers.

Excelente trato por parte del Personal y atención especia por parte de la Propietaria, que se presentó a nuestra llegada y a lo largo de nuestra estancia, nos colmó de atenciones. Así es como próspera un negocio. La habitación excelente en una esquina muy bien ubicada, la comida buena y servida en la mesa, el desayuno variado y el wifi bueno.

Un hotel familiar muy bien gestionado. Las habitaciones muy agradables, con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia. Camas cómodas, buena iluminación y mucha limpieza. En cuanto a comidas y cenas bastante variación y buena calidad. Si volvemos por la zona nos alojaremos en él sin dudarlo.

We stayed here for 3 nights for the Festival de San Fermin and it was overall a great stay. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The restaurant was also convenient and good to have available. When we asked for a taxi, it would arrive in less than 10 minutes !
