Me gustaba esa cadena de hoteles, tuve buena experiencia en otras regiones pero la peor experiencia fue en viña del mar. Reservamos cama matrimonial y nos dieron 1 cama individual, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y hacia mucho calor. El gym es solo una habitación muy pequeña con 3 máquinas y no tiene ventilación, el aire acondicionado esta de adorno. No lo recomiendo fue una decepción

Buena ubicación, amplio estacionamiento, atención amable. Cerca de la Avda. San Martín y de la Avda. Perú. Desayuno bien. Sandwich del restaurant buenos y abundantes. Habitaciones frente al estero Marga-Marga tienen linda vista. Solo agregaría un trago de bienvenida.

Limpieza excelente, amabilidad del personal excelente. A diferencia de otros Diego de Almagro, el sector de los comedores es más "ondero y playero " que los otros.

Hotel excelente, muito bem localizado, em área muito bonita e com vista para o estuário, próximo a excelentes, bares e restaurantes. As principais atrações da cidade (Relógio de Flores, Museu Fonck e a belíssima orla de Vinã del Mar) ficam a 10 minutos a pé. Ótimo café da manhã e mesmo o quarto mais simples é completo e espaçoso. Altamente recomendado.

Well maintained hotel. Very helpful staff. Good choices at breakfast. Located a short walk from the sea front and a wide choice of restaurants. Bus stop to Valparaiso close to front door. Buses every few minutes. Don't be put off by the way t the buses drive. They get through the traffic and the driivers are really helpful.

It's an older hotel and the room was a little smaller than her sister property in Curico, but the room was clean & comfortable. Parking was safe and easy. The hotel overlooks the water channel, and is within 2 blocks of the oceanfront boardwalk. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff was very efficient and helpful.
