in the 1st room, there were cockroaches, in 2nd room TV and AC was not working, finally we opted for 3rd room. There was difference in the offerings compared to booking done at hotel and through MMT. Also rooms were with broken furniture.

stay is good but while booking room they had booked executive room but given small room while booking we request large bed but they had give small bed room we had paid extra amount for family room where we got large bed we 3 people but they gave break fast for 2 people

Worst experience. Tiniest room seen in all hotels I visited, can’t get down from one side of the bed as it is next to wall. 2 people can’t move in the room at the same time without obstructing each other. Doesn’t worth the premium amount charged.
Dirty beddings, unhygienic quilt, room not cleaned properly. No complimentary drinking water, no intercom, no hot water, no dental kit, water logging in bathroom, no luggage handling. Ac not up to the mark.
mentioned facilities like spa, kitchenette, yoga, newspaper, telephone… sounding like a resort… in reality it’s not.
Makes me think twice to book .
