和中心城區很近，門口就有餐廳。而且也很安靜，交通也很方便，雖然沒有電梯，但是會幫忙拿行李，所有帶着行李也不用擔心，很贊。大堂還有可愛的貓貓狗狗。

位置優越，離火車站，碼頭步行可到，房間夠大，也很安靜，入住的房間陽台也夠寬敞，唯一不足就是需要爬一小段樓梯

房間挺好的還有個小陽台，每天還給倆紅茶，浴室有倆一次性牙刷，毛子牙刷很長。有小電視有冰箱有燒水壺。海參崴全是東北人，不用擔心不識字。

The room is clean, two-story, separate entrance, but on the first floor there is a small living room with a sofa, a kitchen and a toilet. The toilet is small, so your knees hit the wall when you use it!!! There is a small sofa in the living room, it is too tight for two people, and if you spend time in the living room, you cannot sleep at the same time. On the second floor, the bedroom is wildly huge, why such a space is needed, it is not clear. It still does not look like a royal mansion. The room is unreasonably expensive ... and not functional ... I do not recommend it.
