Property location is not great, adjacent to smelly gutters and run down area. However, once inside, it is much better. Service is efficient, fast and excellent. Well done, the staff! Food was very good. Against international standards, I would class this as a 3 star hotel.

Compliments to the restaurant staff inparticular Mr. PAWAN & MR. AJEET they took the effort to not only to assist us with the dinner and breakfast. They also were so kind to arrange for me continously ginger etc to help me get better of the flo so that I could enjoy my vacation to the fullest.

Best western vrindavan is my preferred hotel to stay while i am in vrindavan. It’s very close to prem mandir and isckon temples. The rooms are very spacious and very well maintained. Staff is very polite and courteous. Hotel offers good breakfast and quality of food is very nice. This was my second time at best western vrindavan and i am definitely going to stay there during my future trips. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The location of the hotel is very good, the food is very good, I came with my family, the hotel staff took great care of us, one of us was gluten allergic, the chef made gluten free food for him, which is the most difficult thing to get. Gluten free food so we appreciate the services of this hotel, the staffs are nice and polite, Next time definitely we will stay in this hotel only in Vrindavan, Thanks Best Western Vrindavan Team

I had C/in today morning & since than facing issues with hot water in Wash room Shower , FOM manager says I will personally rectify but no results…….:already changed my room once & now it’s turn for my parents room ….completely regret my decision of not staying @ Radisson …,

Place and food was clean and hygenic. However, the restaurant service was very slow. Location was strategic as one can park their vehicle tension free
