This is my first time staying in such a bad five star hotel.
First, the receptionist didn't understand English and wouldn't let me get off the bus. He slammed the door twice and clamped my legs.
Then I checked in because I was on a business trip alone and wanted to change to a double bed room. I said no, so I gave two restaurant coupons (20,000-500...). The toilet in the room was dirty.
After breakfast the next day, I asked the waiter if I could have an American drink after I sat down. The waiter said that this is a buffet and you need to get it yourself...
I went to the restaurant with a hotel restaurant coupon to eat. The restaurant said that the indoor space was reserved and led me to an outdoor table that had not been cleared yet... Then I waited for 10 minutes and no one came.
The hotel environment is quite good, but if you have requirements on hygiene and service, don't come here.

The facilities are clean and the staff is friendly. The food is good and the menu changes slightly every day. It was a bit disappointing to get 2 small bottles of water per day, and the resort, as well as the size of the swimming pool, are a bit small. There were a lot of local group dinners, and one day there was a lot of noise with outdoor karaoke until after 10 p.m. But overall I was satisfied.

The check-in time was 15:00, but I was able to check in even at 12:00. Wi-Fi and phone were connected at check-in, but both stopped working around 4pm. When I complained to the front desk, they responded immediately. All the staff are friendly and excellent. They also arranged a taxi for me back to Ho Chi Minh at a reasonable price.
The room was a bungalow type and had a great view of the ocean right in front of us.
