This hotel is terrible and can not be trusted. When I made the reservation, the website says it includes free breakfast and specifies up to four people. The reservation confirmed that "Meals Oct 1, 2022 ~ Oct 2, 2022 Includes breakfast x 4 per day", however, the Alsi Resort did not provide any breakfast not acknowledge the existence of such an offer.
I paid $136 for the reservation, which is much higher than the price online $79 today on 10/02/2022. However, the manager said I received the half-price discount and cannot give me any compensation. It appears the manager is a liar.
