Erg mooi in de bergen gelegen hotel, met luxe, ruime en nieuw aandoende kamers die toch verbazend betaalbaar zijn - wat in Polen sowieso vaak het geval is. We hebben hier drie nachten gelogeerd en van hieruit o.a. diverse locaties van projekt Riese bekeken. Het bijbehorende restaurant is uitstekend!

Volgens de omschrijving is het een 4-sterren hotel maar daar ben ik het niet mee eens. We waren er 5 nachten en de kamer en het sanitair is niet 1x schoongemaakt! Op zondag werd het bed niet eens opgemaakt. De handdoeken hadden rafelranden, het servies van roomservice is 3 dagen blijven staan en het ontbijt was pas de laatste 2 dagen met was variatie. Kortom er valt nog een heleboel te verbeteren!!!

The room we stayed in does not deserve 4 stars. The double bed is not fastened together and moves apart during sleep. The dishes in the restaurant are very good but the price for the "cheeseboard" is very inadequate to the quality. The service is very nice, nice location.

W górach Sowich nad rzeką Bystrą. Atrakcyjny dawny pałacyk myśliwski, niedawno powiększony o pawilon restauracyjno hotelowy. Wygodny parking. Rewelacyjne śniadania, wysokiej klasy obsługa kelnerska. Miła i pomocna recepcja. Czyste pokoje i nowoczesne łazienki. Ciekawy kompleks spa (basen + sauny). Chętnie tu wrócę.

Fabulous, staff are amazing, hotel is spotless, very comfy beds, gorgeous location. My husband and I travelled from UK to Finland via Poland in an electric car and trust me when I say we stayed in plenty of hotels including a few Radisson Blu and Tree Top Hilton, which were extremely lovely, but the hotel Palac Jugowice was our favourite and the cheapest hotel we stayed in on our trip. The only thing that let it down it was not disabled friendly and my husband struggled with the stairs up to the hotel reception and steps to the dining area. We arrived around 8.30pm and our sat nav took us up into the mountains on a very windy trail, a bit scary at times in the dark, we did think Lurch from the Adams Family would greet us at the hotel because the drive was very creepy but no this hotel is a must stay. We only stayed one night but would love to stay there for a week (if it was disabled friendly) because there are so many beautiful places to visit within the surrounding area. Thank you hotel Palac Jugowice for a truly amazing stop over. Eva

The hotel is beautifully situated with a very discreet SPA area. Depending on the location of the room, some people may be a bit disturbed by street noise. The decor is very modern, original. Standard rooms well equipped, as befits a 4* hotel. Delicious breakfast with the hotel's own products. The menu is very varied. The restaurant has a great menu, we were in a group - everyone enjoyed it :-). I recommend for a trip for two but also for a family party with accommodation. The hotel does not accept children, which is justified by the SPA and sauna area.
