Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good - quality and options for our family. Gym was smaller - an anchor to put bands up high safely would be helpful.

Buena marca pero mala calidad esta vez.
Nos muy muy mal, ya que el lobby del hotel y el área de alimentos estaba en remodelación, por lo cual estaba todo lleno de polvo, deshechos, etc. Pero lo peor fue que el desayuno provisional se instaló en el basamento, en el zona de la alberca, en un cuarto muy reducido y no había suficientes alimentos y bebidas, ni la calidad que se muestra en las fotos.

Renovated hotel, surrounded by shops & restaurants
The lobby area was under renovation but the room was remodelled. However, the air-con. was obiviously a pretty dated one so it made loud noises even though it was turned off. It was freezing cold even it was adjusted to 74°F ( most same level hotel has room temp controlled & it's usually not cold enough regardless of how low you adjust the temp.)the room was unbearably cold. Luckily the room was still cool even it was turned off. So, didn't complain. There are many chain restaurants apart from the usual fast food chain & Target is right around the corner. And chain stores are also within 10 min drive. For convenience & hotel professional front desk, cleanliness, it'd be 5 star-plus. Reason for this 4-star rating is due to the air-conditioning. But will def. stay again.

They were under renovations during the time of our stay but we very much enjoyed our stay there an will be planning our trip next year yo visit the same hotel, absolutely loved what it had to pffer and how close it was for us to get to our concert venue.

It’s undergoing a lot of renovation which we did not know about. Their house keeping was spotty. We had to ask to have our rooms cleaned. Their breakfast times were not as advertised. I probably won’t stay here again.
