No one there when we showed up at the facility. Called and was told the person had to go home for a while. Told my situation with a sick partner. Waited on parking lot in over 100 degree temp for her return some 45 minutes after the call. Was told check in was at 3. We checked in 10 minutes earily. Not what I consider good customer service. Don’t know if this is even up to the basic standard of Wyndham promise to customers. Wasn’t a happy customer in the end.
