Spontan zum Abendesen eingekehrt. Das Bier ist wirklich lecker. Getränke haben allerdings schon eine Weile gedauert. Das Essen war O.K. aber kein Highlight. Der Service hatte leider wenig Lebensfreude (ist ja der Slogan). Kaum Brauhaus-Ambiente und Musik o.ä. gab es nicht. Keine Kartenzahlung möglich.

Ich war mit meiner Mutter in diesem Hotel vom 19.4 bis 20.4 um in Waren Müritz bissel was zu erleben. Wir wurden herzlich vom Chef empfangen und über alles aufgeklärt Ein toller Mann der an der Anmeldung sitzt. Am Abend beim Abendessen dachte man echt man isst in einem 4 Sterne Restaurant. Das Essen war ein reiner Gaumensex. Es war frisch und viel und eine Note vom Küchenchef. Das Hotel bzw die Zimmer sind groß und sehr schön . Man kann alles öber das Zablet im Zimmer steuern. Wir sind gerne hier gewesen , da auch Probleme und Sorgen dort gehör finden und beseitigt werden und das umgehend. Natürlich wünscht man sich das so ein Hotel weiter gut läuft aber ist ja heutzutage nicht so einfach. Schön wäre es für das Hotel wenn sie ein Konzept erstellen, wie sie mehr Menschen in und an ihr Hotel bekommen. Zu mal sie an einen Parkplatz für Parken und Reisen stehen. Da kann man vieles noch ausbauen damit mehr und mehr Kunden komme. Vielen lieben Dank auch an die wunderschöne und liebenswerte Servicekraft die uns zu Mittag und Abendessen bedient hat. Hätte sie gerne besser kennengelernt. Vielen Dank an das Hotel. Macht weiter so , verbessert das was man verbessern kann. Gruß Kevin

Zentrum nahestehenden und preiswertes Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Essen im Haus ist auch möglich. Tablett auf dem Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Parkplatz kostenfrei am Hotel vorhanden. Heizungseinstellung individuell über das Tablett und man erhält alle Info. Super
