Watch your credit card charges here. I stayed three nights, paid for by someone else via *******. They still needed my card for incidentals, which is fine. However, they charged my card $490! I never got an explanation what this charge was but they did credit my card, 2 days later. Then, after check out, there was another charge to my card for $139.44! I've been on the phone with the hotel manager and their corporate office. They say it is being resolved but as of this writing, I have not gotten the credit to my account yet. Room was great but they just need better training and staff who care. They were all in their early 20s and just didn't seem to care.

This is a great new hotel. It was super nice and clean, the beds super comfy and the bathroom absolutely clean. We really appreciated our stay also due to the great staff on site. We will for sure stay here again when in the area. The breakfast was good and had a decent selection of items.

Staff was very welcoming upon arrival. Hotel was very clean. Room very comfortable. Comfortable king bed. Very nice fitness room. Shower was GREAT and tea tree products in shower excellent. Breakfast buffet selection was wonderful. Coffee great. Very grateful for a nice breakfast selection. Overall, a very nice stay.

I will NEVER stay here again. EVER . There is not one good thing I could say about my stay from start to finish. Rude unprofessional front desk employee, dingy overly used sheets , bed dipped in the middle, towels had an odor and felt stiff like they were line dryed. I promise you will regret spending your hard earned money here !!!

When I checked in, the key card worked byt the door would not open. Had to go down to front desk & they assigned another room. Ice maker did not work on the 4th floor. Had to go down to the erd floor.
