The hotel's location is great, but there's no elevator, so you'll have to carry your luggage upstairs yourself. Some rooms have poor ventilation and a strange smell, and most rooms don't have air conditioning. Elderly travelers should consider this carefully before booking.

Highly recommended to anyone who looks for a cozy hotel with close proximity to anywhere in old town Warsaw. Just a one minute’s walk from the iconic “column”! Restaurants galore with a ZADKA (convenient shop) nearby. For a “milk bar” experience, it’s just an easy 10-min walk to the new town from the old town. The staff are hospitable and helpful. Vending machine is available inside the hotel with everything (bottled water, soft drinks, instant noodles, snacks) at PLN5 which is reasonable.

Excellent Hotel if you want to be right in the zone. Transit's right there. Many restaurants to choose from Not good if you're old or have mobile issues as there's no elevator. Our hotel is right beside the castle. Thus the name Castle in.

Someone entered our room at 11 PM while I was sleeping due to a check‑in error made by the reception — an unacceptable breach of privacy and security. The next day, our room wasn’t cleaned, and only afterwards were we told about an unusual “green sign” procedure that was never mentioned at check‑in. Poor communication and avoidable mistakes ruined our stay.

I recently stayed at Castle Inn, a unique and charming hotel located right in the heart of Warsaw’s Old Town. What makes this hotel truly special is its historical setting – the building itself is several hundred years old, and you can feel the character and heritage as soon as you walk in. It’s not just a place to sleep; it’s an experience that adds to the atmosphere of visiting Warsaw. One of the things I appreciated most about Castle Inn was the room. It was airy, clean, and comfortable, offering all the basic amenities I needed during my stay. If you're interested in exploring the Old Town and nearby museums, monuments, and churches, you really can't pick a better spot. Just stepping out of the hotel in the early morning and taking a quiet walk through the cobblestone streets surrounded by historic buildings is a memorable experience. One thing I regret is missing the Chopin music performances held every evening nearby. It’s a beautiful opportunity for classical music lovers, and I’ve promised myself I won’t miss it next time I visit. Overall, Castle Inn provides a simple yet authentic and comfortable stay, especially ideal for those who are passionate about history, architecture, and cultural exploration.

Great location in the old town. Two options for breakfast, and coffee and tea also available during the day.

Don't expect luxury in the rooms.

in the heart of the old town. Understand its a 600 years old building. Helpful and friendly frontdesk. If you have heavy suitcase not recommended, because it's only steps.No lift.

The hotel is in a very good location. I took a room with a single bed (it actually was like the cupboard under the stairs like in Harry Potter, but larger for comfortable stay). It was just a single night. The girl in the reception was very patient in answering my questions and also guided me how to go around in the Warsaw old town area. Located right in front of the Royal Castle, and easily accessible to all areas around that.

Amazing location. Staff were extremely helpful.  Loved my stay.

The location is good, service was ok. They only thing of pitfalls is only stairs to go up (no elevator). Was nice stayed 2 nights, easy to find restaurant, zabka… etc
