It feels like living in a fraternity house. On Friday and Saturday nights, the 5th floor rooftop has disco parties which you’ll hear the music in your room until 2am if you live on the 4th or 3th floor. The staffs were nice in trying to help when I raised issue with noise. I had noise cancelling headphones on the whole night with taking melatonin so that I can fall asleep. They also gave me a room in the basement (lower level). The music doesn’t go there but there is a lot of water noise there. They had ear plugs ready when I asked them for help so it’s not a problem that they’re willing to fix. I would recommend this place to prioritise their guests than the bar visitors. Other than noise, things were pretty good though. I guess this hotel is good for young people. Parking on the streets could be difficult though.

Facilities: The room is small, but has basic facilities, no hair dryer! Ask the front desk to borrow. Because there are long-term guests, B1 has a kitchen and simple tools. This is still good.
Hygiene/environment: Hygiene is not bad, but the decoration varies from person to person, not everyone can accept it. This is a place that was originally leased to others for art, but later converted into an apartment hotel, which is a bit special. The water pipes can be seen from the ceiling of the room, and the sound from upstairs can be heard all night. The important point - next to the train station, from the moment you enter the door, there is not a minute of silence, no! often! noisy! Very! Do not stay in a room near the train station.
Service: Almost the worst customer service and front desk. The attitude of the front desk was very bad. We changed rooms in the middle and forgot to extend the key card for us. Every time I talk to her, I don't face us, and I feel that she hates the job. A very unpleasant experience.
On the first night of our stay, a cleaning staff suddenly opened the door and came in. It turned out that she had misread the door number!

Hotel service is good, clean and hygienic! Free breakfast and free coffee! But the location is relatively remote, and it is arranged on the basement floor. It is quite scary. Single girls and timid people should enter carefully.
