It’s a very nice hotel, good location, and ambiance. I had two beds in my room which was nice. But, I was disappointed with their service, I had to stay at the front desk for a while before o could check in, and this was down to not enough stay working. I couldn’t even buy a cup of coffee because the person serving at the bar was cleaning and couldn’t sell coffee for me first before going back to their cleaning. This was very disappointing for me and made me have a bad impression of the hotel from that point.

The room was larger than expected and much more comfortable than mid-priced hotels in London. I had to unpack my luggage on the bed in London, but there was absolutely no such problem here, and the cleanliness was up to standard.

I booked a room on behalf of my family. Apart from the price being a bit expensive, there were no other issues. The overall price of the hotel was good. There is a large shopping mall next to it, which is convenient for shopping and dining out.

Very nice room with great location if you wanna stay a bit out of london, close to the station with some amazing restaurants, the only negative about was the noise, the noise isolation wasn’t great, but other than that great place
