I have used this hotel a few time because of work and with only being 5 mins drive the only thing with this hotel there is no lunch or dinner so you other order food in or go to local town for food which is a shame .after a long days work you last thing you need to do is cook

The TV in my room did not work nor did the kettle / jug. The person at reception tried to fix the TV without success but did not offer to switch me to another room.
When I checked-out the next morning, the woman at reception abused me as if it was my fault that the TV and kettle / jug didnt work and that I hadnt been offered another room.
Very poor customer service from a well-known hotel chain.
I think the website also states that the restaurant is closed over the weekend but the hotel is located in an industrial area with no restaurants close-by.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay here on our last might of a 12 night tour of Croatia with Leger. I had read the reviews of this hotel and felt slightly worried about staying here, especially as we wouldn't be arriving until after 8pm and in need of something to eat. I suggested to our driver that he ring ahead which he did and confirmed that the restaurant would indeed be open, which it was. The food was very good too. In fact the hotel was all good indeed, nice rooms, with tea and coffee facilities, a hot shower, couldn't really ask for more. Such a shame the reviews have been so negative as we could not fault it.

Un bon séjour au Best Wester, je reviendrais sens hésitez, ju petit bémol ces que. Notre cartier dans la chambre de fonctionnai pas, mais pas déranger.

A very ordinary overnight hotel, with basic, small rooms and a restaurant that may or may not be open for an evening meal. Breakfast is very good, everything else is "satisfactory". Not suitable, IMO, for other than an overnight B&B stop en route to somewhere else.
