Weifang Five Star Hotel has a good environment inside and outside, and considerate service. I originally planned to stay for two nights, but I stayed longer. The hotel is outstanding. I have never came across a hotel that is so impressed. Location is... Far from the city center but close to airport. Breakfast is above average. Don't go the club house, I went for the back scrub. And it was scam!! I ask for a normal n service n the guy asked if I needed to add salt, which I agree to an additional of rmb 28. But I only found out he added 2 extra scrub without my concern or knowledge.

The front desk Xiao Luan who checked me in was very enthusiastic. After taking me to the room, he found that there were not many mosquito coils in the room, so he ran again to send me a new one. He said that there are more greenery in the hotel, which is easy to attract mosquitoes. This aspect cannot be vague. I really feel warm in my heart. I slept very comfortably for a night. I went to eat in the morning. Although there were many people, the restaurant was replenished quickly and the taste was not bad. I really like the fried eggs here. What this store does better is the service and the environment. But the sanitation is average, there are uncleaned cigarette butts in the obvious places of the room, and the bathroom smell is serious. The linen is clean, but the toiletries are lakwa. It may be the best hotel in Changyi, but the price/performance ratio is really low.

First, the floor hygiene in the toilet area when I first checked in was really hard to describe. There were a lot of watermarks that were not cleaned up, and there was hair on the toilet. The toilet is a smart toilet, which is larger than an ordinary toilet. The universal disposable cushion I brought is a bit small. The hotel can provide a disposable cushion of the right model. Second, there is no floor towel in the room. Third, since there is no floor towel, you can provide thin and thick slippers, otherwise you can only go barefoot when taking a bath to ensure that you always have slippers to wear. Fourth, the ventilator was broken. After we reported the problem, the staff came to check and told us directly that we had to change it the next day. It was 10 o'clock in the evening, and the child was uncomfortable. It was really late, so we could accept changing it the next day. However, the staff's communication method should be to give the repair time of half an hour and various details and let the customer make their own judgment, instead of constantly asking for various reasons to change it the next day. The reason given by the staff at that time was that the maintenance personnel needed to move the ladder to repair it, which was very troublesome. The repair took half an hour, implying that it would be better for us to do it the next day. And clearly told us to make do with it. This feels very bad. Fifth, the bed sheet is torn. Although it does not affect the overall use, as a five-star hotel, there is no need to use this kind of bed sheet. Sixth, there are toothpaste marks left by previous guests on the cup, which really makes it difficult for people to believe the hotel's inspection standards and management level. Seventh, the central air conditioner cannot heat. The weather is really cold at night now. When we just checked in, we were blowing cold wind. After dinner, we came back and asked the front desk and were told that the air conditioner could not heat and had been turned off. I said my child had a fever and was afraid that he would be cold after taking a bath, so the front desk asked me to move an electric heater. But it couldn't reach the ideal temperature. This doesn't seem to be in line with the practice of a five-star hotel. Since the temperature difference between day and night is large, shouldn't the air conditioner meet different needs? Eighth, the shower area can be equipped with another shelf, because it is inevitable to put some of your own toiletries when taking a bath. The current situation is that you need to open the door to get brushes and other items in the middle of the bath, which is super cold. The above is the real feedback after the experience of staying. I personally feel that it needs to be improved, especially in terms of hygiene. Compared with hotels of the same level, there is still a certain gap.
