一來到酒店就聽見前台小姐姐的熱情服務，入住酒店讓我感到無比舒適，在這所在，每個環節的設計都飽含匠心，巧妙地將家的温暖與尊榮細膩傳達。客房的佈置温馨婉約，使優雅與舒適的相得益彰，物品齊全，床品舒服，悄然間引領我們步入寧靜的夢境。服務人員以無微不至的關懷、細緻周到、將觸動心絃的服務落實到落處，而環境的清潔保持井然有序、潔凈無瑕，帶來持久的愉悦感覺。酒店還有其它的設施都比較全面 ，汗蒸房、温泉、桌球桌等等 等等，如果有小孩子可以體驗一下酒店的呱呱樂園，另外還可以去景區遊玩一下 景區遊玩的設施也是挺豐富的。

穿過一段無人山路，進入深谷便看見一座極具國際範豪華酒店，進入大堂裝修風格獨特。因為新開業，客房裡氣味有點重，好在鼻子適應性強，尚能接受。較難接受的是酒店的早餐：因為非週末，入住客人不多，酒店把原本的自助早餐改為送餐到客房，兩人選了A B兩個套餐，A套餐稀飯吃起來象隔夜泡飯，B套餐麪條無味無香，一節玉米、一節山葯、兩根芭蕉大小的蛋糕，一小碟蔬菜沙拉、5顆鮮桂圓還有一杯快涼了的熱牛奶….. 這就是升元的早餐

酒店還是比較新的，周圍環境還可以，去的時候因為下雨沒有好好體驗，到景區還是很方便的，門口還有小蜥蜴，是個亮點。
