環境真的一般，裝修有點老舊。根本不值一千多，找家3、4百塊，近兩年新開的，應該也不會比他們差的！

性價比真的非常非常低，房間都要一千多,卻一點都不乾淨，被子潮潮的，房間一股黴味，各個設施也都舊舊的臟臟的。最離譜的是，住的家庭房，門是玻璃透明的，外面也能看到裏面，雖然有窗簾，但毫無隔音效果，就在餐廳邊上，早上非常吵，外面説話裏面聽的一清二楚。房間地上還總有紙巾之類的貼在地上，蚊子和各類蟲子也很多。真的住得很糟心。早餐也衹有白粥和一些鹹菜配菜。

環境好，就在海邊，視野開闊，觀海觀日出的絕佳之地。洞下沙灘就在山下不遠，獨立小院可以自搞patty。

雖然是海景房，但是工作日平日也六百多的價格性價比一般，設施也較一般，離洞下沙灘很近很方便院子看海景也很舒服，但是房間陽台下面就是mudi附近也很多…往下面看的時候真的有點一言難盡 （ｰｰ;），服務人員是蠻熱情的，emmmm

第一次住得離海那麼近！以後還想去！
服務是那種剛剛好的熱情，有求必應，也主動關心有什麼需要，很舒服！
證照齊全，外國人也能住！
乾淨，淋浴有隔斷，水挺大
住的是一樓，所以感覺有點點潮
附近的飯店也是價廉物美！這次到台州性價比最高的一頓居然在民宿老闆介紹的飯店裡，吃到新鮮的海鮮！
