Staff is professional, great value for price. AC and heat always functional, rooms clean, etc. Everything is functional as it should be. Lobby is currently undergoing renovations but that is understandable and there are no loud noises. Great deal for the price!

I thought I’d give this place a chance and I’m glad I did. Room was on the small side, but certainly big enough for two - other rooms are much larger. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. The tub was crystal white and appeared to have been recently remodeled. Had a grab bar and small-sized amenities. Plenty of hot water and good pressure.   The room furnishings are a bit dated and the bed spread had a small stain, but no odors - it was a brown-ish color so couldn’t be bleached; sheets/pillows were fine. I slept very well as it’s very quiet. Desk chair was big and comfy. Both desk and bedside had power and phone charging ports, so easy to work from anywhere in the room.  Wasn’t expecting much for breakfast but they had fruit, make-your-own waffles, HOT sausage and eggs, an assortment of breads and juice. There’s coffee 24/7 in the lobby.   Front desk was very efficient and when I mentioned I’d be back, his face lit up.   There are several restaurants within an easy walking distance and a grocery store just across the street. Those, coupled with a fridge/freezer and microwave in the room, would make this a great choice for someone who has to watch their diet or budget.

Wow I am spoiled now and will always look for a AmericInn Hotel when traveling. My stay being a few days long I can say that I was thoroughly impressed by everything about this hotel. Worth the money and really a bargain for the level of service and accommodations you will experience. I was on the first floor and my room was so quiet and comfortable I can say as soon as the door closes the quiet starts! Comfortable bed, pillows, comforter, etc.. slept great! I'm thankful to have found such a welcoming stay.
