You are told to use the stairs. There are insects in the room. When you check in, you are told that your reservation has been canceled. I could have found a different place to stay sooner. In the end, they said that the night I couldn't stay was not guaranteed at first, but later they refunded me one night and compensated me for part of the cost of staying elsewhere.
