The bed was horrible. It was like a used up bed. Just horrible. The service was good and the staff was very friendly. We were in room 420 and it definitely needs a new bed.

On our first night at the hotel our room was very warm and the air conditioner would not work. The next day I called and the very nice maintenance guy was there within 30 minutes.
He had to replace a part & he completed it right away.
This Hilton Garden Inn was great on there response & resolved the problem right away.

Dingy and stale smell of the hotel. Carpet has been there a long time and bathroom floor was filmy. Staff was helpful.

I travel a lot. So I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels by interstates and can put up with a lot. But this one is BAD. Stained carpet. Worn out wood furniture. Non-working elevator. Door handle to room didn’t work properly. Light bulbs(yes more than one) burned out in room. Dust so thick you could write your name with finger. Razor trash from previous guests in shower. But the most concerning was the water. Brown water in toilet. Brown water to bathe in, I know it was brown because shower didn’t drain either. Shower curtain brown from where water had hit it. Towels brown from being washed in it. And honestly I might have accepted it all for $150 or so a night, but at almost $400, completely unacceptable. And no. I didn’t bring to anyone’s attention. The folks working the desk and lobby were very nice and polite, and what could they really have done? The location of hotel was great and as I said, staff was professional and kind. But rest of it was pretty bad.

I liked that the area was quiet and around restaurants. I didn't like that the property didn't have complementary breakfast, elevator was broken, property was not updated and booked two rooms at same time thinking they would be next to each other or adjoining and it was neither
