This hotel was great. The staff was very friendly. April and Brittany always made sure we had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect. It is alittle outdated but it was very cozy. We stayed a few days for work. It is also right next to waffle house.

I here all the time. Everyone is so nice and friendly, I always have the best experience here. It's always clean and so quiet. The house keeping lady "April" is the best she is so helpful, she never has a attitude when I ask for something. She is the BEST!!!

My stay here was horrible! There were roaches all on the wall, as well as dead roaches in every room. The Wi-Fi did not work, the bed sinked in when you sit down or lay down. The sink was a little messed up, the shower curtain was dirty , the bedsheets had holes in them as well as weird stains !

Had a great stay...April was kind and nice and made sure I got what I needed. Nice quiet place, didn't have a lot of noise rooms. Next to plenty of places to go and grab something to eat................pool was closed while I was staying there but looks like a nice pool area.

Great place to stay. Quite, convenient,.and affordable. The housekeeping staff there is next level. April went out of her way to help me multiple times. Thank you April and the.rest of the staff. I will continue to stay because of this very reason.

We had a very good stay we stayed over a week with no problem our house keeper April was extremely nice and keep the room clean and everything stocked she would ask though out the day if we needed anything it is located in a good location you have a convenient store a Waffle House and Walmart all within walking distance it was always pretty quiet and I felt pretty safe go back and forth from my and my car I could not have asked for a better place to stay.

THE house keepers April and Gloria are very curious and prfessional .They always see to the guest needs ,treat guest as if they were friends. FRONT desk is also very professional treating guest with warm welcome as if they are important. Noone disturbs guest if not wanted . American Best Value is A very low budget motel and fair
