The room was generally ok, but my friends had their doors opened violently in the middle of the night after they checked in. The reason was that the staff made a mistake when checking in at the beginning. They mistakenly thought it was a vacant room and checked in the second wave of guests. However, the follow-up was handled properly. Ctrip platform gave compensation, the hotel waived one night's room fee, and gave breakfast as a gift.

It was not bad. We arrived at the hotel at midnight and the front desk told us that they gave our room to the wrong person. It took us a long time to complete the check-in process. But we were given breakfast. Overall it was OK.

First time in Perth, I booked the hotel in a hurry. This holiday was just average, not what I expected. No slippers, no mineral water every day (two bottles on the first day), I went to the front desk to ask for it myself, but they said there was no such thing, water was only available on the first day, not later, they reluctantly gave me a bottle, and slippers were only given to me if I asked for them.
