This place is amazing....Pelling has one of the best views of Kanchanjunga and Chumbi resort has the best view of the mountain in Pelling. Their top deck is very nice to click pictures with the maountains in the backdrop. The rooms, restaurant, spa, bar, all are very good. What differentiates the place is the experience provided by the staff. They are very courteous, eager to help, and very friendly. You can clearly feel the hospitality vibes. Special mention for Durga Chhetri who has an amazing voice ( we enjoyed the Karaoke sessions with her ) and Anjana from house keeping. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff were attentive. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like The location was peaceful, close to attractions. The food at the restaurant was delicious with plenty of options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay. Food was amazing. Top service and hospitality. Special thanks to Ms Santi, Mr Bhupendra and Mr Sisir in F & B department. Kids wants to mention the name of Ms Durga and Mr.Sargam. Both of them become kids favourite during our stay there. Thank you, Team Chumbi, pelling for the entire experience.

My stay at Hotel Chumbi was exceptional! I absolutely loved the food, and the staff made the experience even more memorable. Ashish and Hussain at the front desk were outstanding hosts, while Cheeki, Kesgangi, and Pratika Ma’am from housekeeping were fantastic. Chewang, Chef Bimal, and Shanti Ma’am also went above and beyond to make my stay special. The property manager’s attention to detail was remarkable. It was a superb experience, and I’ll definitely recommend this hotel and visit again!

I stayed in the property with other 4 members of the family, including 6 years old kid and we had a very pleasant stay. Property is very neat and clean and staff is very cooperative. Their buffet spread is limited but it's really great. Rooms are specious and gives tremendous view of kanchenjunga , which is very pleasing. Their floor manager Alina and AM Ashish were very nice and helped us to make our stay comfortable and memorable. This is a must visit property to spend quality time with the family.
