Bester Service während des gesamten Aufenthalts: das großartige Personal macht hier den Unterschied. Gepflegte Zimmer im englischen Stil mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten: frisches Obst bei Anreise, Espresso-Maschine im Zimmer, Bademantel. Kleine Tasche mit Badehandtuch für den Ausflug zum Strand.
Der Bahnhof ist fussläufig erreichbar, ebenso die Strandpromenade.
Die Bar ist bis 1:00 Uhr nachts geöffnet. Bistro und Restaurant im Haus sind sehr zu empfehlen.
Gute Auswahl an hochwertigen Cocktails; sehr gut geschultes Barpersonal.
Frühstück mit großer Auswahl an Gerichten, die a-la-Minute frisch zubereitet werden, sonntags sogar bis 14:00 Uhr. Sehr sympathische Verabschiedung bei der Abreise.
Ich habe hier jeden Moment sehr genossen.

Zentral (fussläufig vom Bahnhof und zur Promenade sowie Einkaufsmeile) gelegen, sehr schön klassisch eingerichtet, tolles Servicepersonal. Frühstück leider nur a la carte, da muss man Zeit mitbringen (und jeden Tag einen frischen Geldsack), qualitativ aber top! Insgesamt trotz besten Services sehr teuer, im internationalen Vergleich nicht angemessen. Wir kommen sicherlich trotzdem wieder!

Der Safe hat nicht funktioniert und obwohl wir mindestens 5x bei der Rezeption angefragt haben, wurde immer wieder nur das gleiche ausprobiert und auch immer nur auf unsere Rückfrage hin. Auch wurde das Problem nicht an die Kollegen weitergegeben und wir konnten immer wieder von vorne beginnen. Die finnische Sauna war defekt (ärgerlich aber kann passieren). Ansonsten zentrale Lage und schönes uriges Hotel.

Sehr schönes und stilvolles, traditionelles Hotel mit hervorragendem Service und sehr freundlichem Personal.
Das Hotel liegt direkt am Rand der Fussgängerzone und fussläufig zum Strand.
Die Barkeeper der Hotelbar machen erstklassige Drinks.
Absolut zu empfehlen!
