-Rezeption nur morgens besetzt -Zimmer ordentlich und sauber , leider lief nur die Heizung ( Sommer ) und diese war nicht auszuschalten -Lage sehr gut -Parkplatz war nicht vorhanden und wir wurden nicht darauf hingewiesen dass es nur 6 Stellplätze ( kostenpflichtig) gibt (Vorbuchung) -Hotelbar geschlossen ( Wein konnte man sich nehmen ) - ohne Service -kein Schirm im Schrank -Frühstück sehr gut Preis - Leistungverhältnis passte für uns nicht ! / und ich würde es nicht wieder buchen ! Sehr anonym und ohne persönlichen Service !

Meine Frau und ich waren über Ostern 2023 als Gäste im Hotel Windhuk. Wir hatten eine tolle saubere Suite und alles war perfekt. Der Service par super und man fühlte sich sofort herzlich willkommen. Ein besonderes Lob gilt dem Frühstück, welches keine Wünsche übrig ließ. Und Alina, die alles jederzeit im Griff hatte , sehr gut durchorganisiert und auch noch super freundlich ist. Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Sylt kommen dann werden wir sicherlich wieder im Windhuk residieren.

Wir genossen eine herrliche Woche Urlaub auf der Insel. Dazu hat insbesondere das Suitehotel Sindhuk beigetragen. Von aussen betrachtet, könnte man abgeschreckt werden. Nicht gerade ein einladendes Gebäude. Aber schon beim Empfang sieht die Welt anders aus. Mit viel Liebe, sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes nettes Hotel. Wir fühlten uns sofort zuhause. Sehr freundliche und auch hilfsbereite Chefin und Mitarbeitende! Die Frühstückszeit am Vortag zu "buchen" war in der Tat etwas ungewohnt. Bereits am 2. Tag haben wir dies sehr schätzen gelernt. Keine Wartezeiten, kein Gedränge am Frühstücksbuffet, einfach herrlich!

Wir waren im Juni zu Gast. Zugegebenermaßen, von außen sieht das Hotel, so wie fast alles in Westerland, wenig einladend aus. Dafür ist die Überraschung nach dem Betreten umso größer. Super freundliches Personal, sehr saubere und komfortable Zimmer und ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Als Ausgangspunkt um Sylt zu erkunden optimal. Herzlichen Dank für einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön anzusehen und liebevoll eingerichtet aber es läuft nicht ganz rund!!! Nachdem wir einige Mängel an die Geschäftsleiterin weiter gegeben haben, hat diese ganz arrogant und hochnäsig alles ins lächerliche gezogen und so getan als würden wir nur darauf rumreiten!!! Ich musste erst 70 Jahre alt werden um ein verschimmeltes Brot im Schrank der Küchenzeile zu finden! Ein verdrecktes Küchentuch wurde nicht gewechselt und einmal wurden die Betten überhabt nicht gemacht!!! Am nächsten Tag fragte die Leiterin ganz frech, im Du Ton, ob wir jetzt vielleicht Mäuse gesehen hätten und lachte dabei. Sowas haben wir auf der ganzen Welt noch nicht erlebt und wir sind wirklich schon viel rumgekommen.

Tolles Hotel, tolle Mitarbeiter, tolle Chefin. Liebevoll und hübsch eingerichtet. Sehr sauber! Auch wenn man es von außen vielleicht nicht erwartet… alles sehr schick und modern! Wir kommen wieder :-)
