This lodge is spectacular! The breathtaking views while having breakfast , the gorgeous rooms, and the fabulous dinners are only the start of an incredible experience. The staff and the owner Archie who takes the time to speak to each of his guests make this stay one that becomes a lifelong , cherished memory. Archie also drove us to the airport and shared travel stories that were fascinating, and gave us insights and tips for the remainder of our travel in South Africa which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful views and staff very accommodateing! Had a wonderful experience at addo elephant park despite early morning rain! Would definitely tecommend you check them out!. Do pay attention to driving directions they send you. We did not and went on a rough road we did not meed to. Google sucks sometimes!

Prachtige accommodatie. Ik zou zeker aanraden om zowel de Schotia als de Addo safari te doen. Prima geregeld! En dinner achteraf is zeker ook de moeite, 4 gangen waarbij je bij hoofdgerecht en dessert keuze hebt tussen verschillende opties

Hervorragende Location, sehr gute, hilfsbereite Betreuung bei Fragen aller Art. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, das Abendessen lecker. Alles ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer, die Anlage, einfach alles. Die Safari-Touren waren sehr gut vorbereitet und organisiert. Freundliches Personal, man fühlt sich aufgehoben und beachtet. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und empfehlen weiter.

We stayed 2 nights in a superior de luxe room. The rooms are spacious, with comfy beds, chairs and huge bathroom. We also had our own pool and outside shower. The room had great views over the valley and river. Beds turned down each evening and free sherry. Breakfast is self serve cols and hit dishes to order. We booked dinner on both nights - 4 courses, choices are made after breakfast. We also went on the Addo game drive, which sets of at 8 am. It's a 25km drive to the park in a god truck. Your driver is your guide ( take your drink and poss a jacket on cooler days) . Lunch is provided by the hotel which was very filling. The road to the hotel is unmade so be wary if in a hire car, also lots of road works in the area so allow extra time.

Awesome x 1000. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the food was delicious. The view is breath taking and the bird life is fantastic. The rooms are well maintained with super friendly staff that is willing to help and assist with every thig. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back..................

Die Fahrt zur Lodge führt durch ein kleines Reservat, in dem man bereits Tiere sichten kann. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet (inkl. Außendusche) & der Ausblick ein Genuss. Das Essen, sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendbrot, war grandios. Das Personal war super freundlich & nett, man hat sich auch immer auf die Mitarbeiter gefreut beim Essen bzw. generell, wenn man Staff auf dem Gelände getroffen hat, war immer Zeit für ein kleinen Austausch. Zudem bietet die Lodge Games Drives mit erfahrenen Rangern an, die wir wärmstens empfehlen können. Alles in allem der perfekte Ort, um den Addo Park zu erkunden. Danke ans Team!!

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt, jede Wohneinheit hat einen eigenen Parkplatz, es gibt mehrere Swimming Pools. das Essen ist erstklassig und wird im schönen, gediegenen Restaurant serviert. Man organisiert sämtliche Safaris auf Wunsch vom Haus aus. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, wir möchten aber Moira absolut hervorheben. Saul, unser Ranger hat ein grosses Wissen und gibt es gerne weiter. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.
