We had a beautiful time wirh our kids in the Old drift. The people and the place are really nice. We enjoyed the good breakfast. It is a very good and close base for Addo visits

Wir waren für 2 Nächte in der Lodge.Sehr gut ausgestattetes Guesthouse mit guter Lage für einen Besuch im Addo Nationalpark. Zimmer sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das angebotenen Dinner war hervorragend und empfehlenswert. Die Anfahrt von Port Elisabeth aus über die R335 führt durch Motherwell, ein großes Township am Rande der Stadt. Hier wird von der Anreise über diese Route abgeraten. Wir haben die R335 am Tage gewählt, um uns den Umweg zu sparen. Es war bis auf die lange Baustelle kein Problem.

The old drift is a beautiful place with lovely people which make the stay perfect. Good breakfast and a short travel to the Addo. We will come back.

Great place
Simpelthen bare et fantastisk sted. Super service, rent, lækkert og smukt. Tæt på elefantparken, hvor hotellet også har ture.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly throughout our stay; good value for money, comfortable cottage (no. 8) peaceful, good Wi-Fi connection. The food was beautifully cooked and well presented. Morning game drive with Lindo into Addo game park; Lindo was well informed and found us some excellent sightings. Thank you for a memorable stay. Top gepflegte Farm, super nettes und herzliches Personal- Familienbetrieb - man fühlt sich sofort und zu jeder Zeit wohl. Apartment war ein extra Häuschen, sehr geräumig und super sauber! Eigene Terrasse und Parkmöglichkeit direkt davor. Sehr leckeres Frühstück, perfekte Lage für Tag im Addo, es empfiehlt sich 2 Tage zu buchen , um die Ruhe zu genießen. In der Nähe an der Straße gibt es einen neuen Supermarkt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!
