Positiv: Sauberkeit, zweckmäßiges Zimmer mit guter Ausleuchtung und ausreichend Strauraum, chicer, geräumiger Bad/Toilettenbereich, Frühstücksraum sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Frühstück an sich war vollkommen in Ordnung! Die Lage im Altstadtbereich war super und ruhig. Verbesserungswürdig: Ablageflächen im Bad waren nicht ausreichend; diese könnten z.B. durch zusätzliche Wandregale aufgestockt werden. Saubere Handtücher sollten nicht pauschal nach einem Tag eingesammelt und gewaschen werden (macht Zuhause auch niemand, da unnötig). Hier macht die Auslegung eines Hinweisschildes "Handtücher auf Boden = wechseln" Sinn. Kosten-, umwelt- und materialschonend! Vorschlag: Milchglasfolie an Badfenster = Stylischer Sichtschutz. Durch einen Fehler im System hatten wir in unserem Zimmer kein heißes Wasser. Hier ist als sehr positiv zu bewerten, dass die Hotelleitung ein tolles Entgegenkommen zeigte. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt!

Nice and fresh small hotel in center of Wetzlar
One night business trip together with customers to Wetzlar. Hotel was easy to find, the advertised free parking was a bit cramped but totally fine. Just a few steps from old town with Christmas market etc. Breakfast selection was adequate, and the bread was super fresh (10 points for that). Checkin checkout quick and easy. Will stay again next time.

Modernes Hotel mit perfektem Service
Leider nur eine Zwischenstation auf unserer Heimreise von Skandinavien aber unbedingt zu empfehlen. Wir hatten ein helles, grosses, modernes Zimmer in perfektem Zustand. Auch das Essen im Restaurant und das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Und zu allem ein sehr freundlicher und perfekter Service. Und das direkt am Rand der sehenswerten Altstadt von Wetzlar.

I spent two very pleasant nights in a large, modern room with a very nice shower room in this privately run hotel and felt really good. The staff are exceptionally friendly and they obviously have a lot of trust in their guests: there is a fridge with drinks on the ground floor that you can help yourself to and then indicate what you took when paying. That speaks volumes for the owners and the guests! An extensive breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. And last but not least, the location: quiet and in the middle of the charming old town. Price and performance are more than satisfactory for the guest. It was definitely the first visit but certainly not the last! Thank you very much!
