Stayed at the Enniskerry Inn the first night after arriving in Ireland from the US. The Inn was not open when we arrived in the village, but Adele answered the door and allowed us to leave our bags at the bar. We told her we were booked for a whiskey tasting at Powerscourt Distillery and she gave us a ride to Powerscourt. We easily walked back to the Enniskerry Inn from Powerscourt. We had dinner in the restaurant that evening and the muscles and fish and chips were terrific. The room was quiet, convenient, clean and in a great location.

Went for food here served up lumpy mash and dried up meat totally inedible. When we complained we were told there was nothing they could do about the mash and offered chips instead.I asked for chicken curry instead as I did not want chips that was equally as bad .don’t waste your money here terrible experience.

Can’t rate the food as I went here for a drink and some local pub atmosphere. I fairly quickly learnt this wasn’t being offered. As I wasn’t eating food (it was 20.30) despite their being plenty of seats free I was made to feel pretty unwelcome and told the only place I could sit was in the very back section of the pub away from the ‘diners’. So if your going for food I’m sure it’s fine but don’t expect a local Irish pub atmosphere as it seems locals aren’t even welcome unless buying dinner.

One of the worst dining experience I have ever incurred. The extremely aggressive mgr/barman Cathal needs retraining in customers, his behaviour is absolutely shocking. I have being going to Enniskerry Inn for many years will not return while this obnoxious bully is working there

Nice place to spend a weekend with your family or friends. The atmosphere of the restaurant is incredible, the service provided is perfect, the waiters make you feel happy. The accommodation is wonderful, it has a nice room with its own bathroom and it is very cozy the location of the restaurant / accommodation is perfect for visiting the town and surroundings

Currently staying in the Enniskerry Inn, room is nice and clean, plenty of room because of the lack of furniture, no chair, no TV, no table to work on. No complementary refreshment facilities, no kettle, no water in the room. Asked for a kettle and was told they do not supply kettles. I had to buy tea and have it brought to my room on 2 different occasions. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the bar tender and was more or less told tough that's the way we do it here. I was also told of an incident some weeks regarding kettles in rooms. Unfortunately anyone that stays here is brushed with the same brush that caused the incident. I will not be recommending to any friend or work colleague. For 80e just for a bed is really a slap in the face for anyone staying here, and staff have no problem telling you that. A bit if common courtesy and a small bit of hospitality wouldnt go astray from this establishment. PS every hotel and B&B in the country has complementary refreshment facilities free of charge to guests but not here. Went to another establishment for food spent close to 35e where common courtesy was in abundance there. I could of easily spent it here instead but why should I.

Got 2 mojito cocktails to take away - very disappointed- not a hint of rum, but lots of ice mint and lemonade. As a regular customer at The Enniskerry Inn we are disappointed to feel that we were treated so badly

Staff were lovely. Rooms were spotless. Food is amazing with good service and a lovely atmosphere. The best sleep I have had ever had in a hotel/inn. The cafe the reccomend serves a nice breakfast. Ideal location with a bus stop a minute away that takes you to dublin however you could have an amazing stay in the village itself. Wifi is great in the restaurant but can be sometimes weak in the room however that pales in comparison to the sense of welcoming i got from my first time solo travelling. WOULD RECCOMEND.
