Upon arriving late at night at the Wigan Holiday Inn Express, we were greeted with the warmest welcome and exceptional assistance from the reception staff. I requested that my friend’s family room be arranged near ours, and the request was graciously accommodated.
Aaron, in particular, went above and beyond—he not only helped me locate the nearest EV charging station (he also helped to try the Hotel Tesla EV Charging point, unfortunately, not compatible) but also took the initiative to find a dinner spot for us. To my surprise, he later knocked on our door with a handwritten note detailing the directions to both. His thoughtful gesture made us feel genuinely cared for and turned our stay into an unforgettable experience.

Lovely location very quite ,staff are amazing always happy to help out ,comfy beds lovely and clean and shower room is amazing lovely n clean ,this hotel is pure freshness will definitely be coming bk xx

The room is nice and clean. The breakfast is a traditional English breakfast. The staff are quite hospitable. It is within walking distance to Wigan. It is a very good hotel

This reservation was due to a change in the itinerary, so I needed to add a few extra days. When I asked the staff at the reception desk, they also helped me directly check out the room usage time. No need to check out and check in.
The geographical location is actually very convenient. If you have a car, you can park here without any worries. It is worth staying.
