I booked this hotel online through the app Trip.com. When accessing the pet policies, it lists the fee of $15 per pet per day. When I arrived at the hotel I was told that the fee was $20, I said that when I booked the room online the price listed was $15. She pointed to the sign in the office that read pet fee $20. Their cancellation policy for this booking on my confirmation is “This booking cannot be modified, and no refund will be given if you cancel it.” So now I’m stuck, I can’t cancel and it irritates me that I have to pay a fee at all. Seems that I can’t modify the booking, but they can. Secondly, another reason for the low rating is although the room was clean there was a water leak coming from the unit above. Whenever the occupant above would use the washroom, liquid would drain from the ceiling into the tub.

The room was great and plenty of parking, really close to the freeway. I was really happy with the price ass well. I would definitely stay again if needed.

Few things could make this place worse. Dirty and completely useless services. Charged as a walk up WHEN I MADE A RESERVATION. A month later and Parker the manager still hasn't refunded me even though BW can SEE the duplicate charge. Unreal. Literally stole my money from my credit card. Do not give this place any business.

I drove a long distance and stopped here when it got dark. The room was clean but the towels were dirty with hair and stains. There were a lot of mosquitoes outside the hotel.

Avoid at all costs! This hotel is run down, dirty (our sheets had dried blood stains and dirt as if someone slept with their shoes on), floor boards peeling up, furniture had claw marks, one hand towel, one coffee cup for 2 guests...as a BW rewards member, I wasn't recognized nor was the front desk staffed both in the evening and in the morning!

The pillows are the greatest. I had neck surgery a few years back. And back surgery 3 times , So I know what I'm talking about when I say the mattresses there just awesome. I get my best rest at the Sure Stay in Williams California, because of those mattresses and also it's quiet. Everything 5 stars. It's clean! Staff is very professional and friendly. I like that the Continental breakfast doesn't start until 7 am. It's 7 am to 10 am

This motel has not been maintained well. But fresh paint isn’t needed for a good night’s sleep. So we stayed and the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. HOWEVER! The breakfast area was filthy! When we checked in there was a line so we went to stand near the waffle maker while we waited. Oh my goodness! There was a huge puddle of dried goo under the waffle maker! That made us look closer at the whole area and it had not been cleaned at all after breakfast that day. Even the tables were all still dirty. The next morning we hesitated going down to eat breakfast there, but didn’t have time to go anywhere else so we went. We got there just as they opened, and those same tables were still dirty! We each took a yogurt and considered that good for our breakfast that day!

Everything was very nice and clean and spacious for our family of four! The front desk lady that was helping out the night before did seem like she was having not the best night but the interaction was quick and to the point. The beds were comfy that bathroom was clean. Overall it was a nice overnight stay for us!

Quiet night sleep. Comfy beds, clean sheets. Friendly front desk clerk that checked us in quickly. Plenty of parking. Did not hear the highway noise or the trucks idling in the field near the hotel. Lots of places nearby to eat. Small town, friendly service.

The room was clean, everything worked. T.V lots of channels and bed was a full size king.. A/C worked. Room cleaned. Full stream of water in the shower. I will definitely stay here again. Lots of parking next to freeway. Check out is at 11am. Close to center of town. Near ******

Dirty, smelly,cheep. Will not stay here again I guess you get what you pay for. Stay anywhere else called before arrival, ask for extra towels to get ready for a funeral. Upon arrival at 8 pm, we had no towels at all. Room was made up, but the floors were still dirty from previous people. Toilet seat was falling off. I tightened the bolts myself so I wouldn't fall off.

If you can find somewhere else to stay, you better not consider this place. The pool looks like it was never cleaned Room flooring needs some repair. Mold in the bathroom needs to be addressed. Breakfast offered could use a good rehab. SureStayAway
