Overall this was a good stay and quality for the price. Centrally located in downtown Williams. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shops. We walked to Frontier BBQ that was a few blocks away for dinner.
Room is remodeled but shows sign of age in certain areas. It was clean including towels and bedding. Only 2 pillows were given for a king size bed and the bed was on the softer side — the two of us kind of sank into it.
Amazingly hot water and it turned hot quickly! Both in the shower and the sink areas. Great mini fridge to keep our leftovers and beverages cold.
A/C unit was loud and kicked on/off throughout the night. Bath towels are generously sized!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we were a group of 5 guys staying in adjoining rooms. Only thing not good was check in. We arrived before the noted close time at reception (10 pm); but door was closed, and they did not answer our first four calls to get our room. It was late and we were tired. Appearantly we should’ve received a key code by SMS, but we had not received it (probably because of international phone number). Luckily they answered the phone on the 5th try. Only 3 towels for 5 guys. Other than that great place

Good basic clean safe room, firm mattressed. Bathroom tiny. No chair to sit in. Heater unit made noise going on and off all night. Good value right on Historic Route 66 near Bearazona and the Grand Canyon.

Dårlig service ved check ind og ved fejl og mangler på værelset.
Intet wifi eller TV signal. Da det ligger udenfor alting var der hellere intet internet eller telefon signal på vores telefonen.
Rengøring var ok, sengen var ok.
Værelset ekstremt lille og meget lyd følsomt fra lyde udefra.
Afløbet i brugseren virkede ikke, så hele gulvet var oversvømmet.
Vi forespurgte på kompensation pga mangler, dette var ikke muligt.
Absolut ikke pengene værd.

Loved the 3 queen beads. Worked perfect for our family. Very clean. Beds not too comfy but did the job. Loved thr lock box to get our room key since we arrived late. Just wish there would have been housekeeping.

The staff was super, friendly, and accommodating. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The heater was noisy. We had to shut it off during the night. The second night we asked for extra blankets.I am not sure if they charged us exttra for the blankets or not. I did have an extra charge of $5.40 for something when I arrived home.
