The hotel is in a great location, and the room overlooks the Detroit River. The only problem is that the bed is not made when the room is cleaned every day, and it is only made when requested. Overall satisfied

The room is very clean and tidy. The lake is opposite. The service staff are very friendly and provide snacks. I will choose this hotel next time.

Best hotel in Windsor. The rooms have an excellent layout, are beautifully appointed, and the river view does not disappoint. The staff are very accommodating, and the kitchenettes in the suites are perfect, especially for longer stays, or when traveling with children. Highly recommend this hotel
