I travel all over the uk and stay in premier inns regularly, this one without doubt has the most friendliest staff and best breakfast I’ve had. Shout out to Will when I checked in who couldn’t do enough , especially as the lift was broken and couldn’t be more apologetic and too the all the staff on a breakfast on 15th November. Met with a smile and the breakfast was cooked to perfection. Well done all.

Clean, tidy, easy check in, room 206 had amazing views of the train line... perfect for my trainspotting sons! Although trains were literally a stones throw away we couldn't hear them in the room. Tea, coffee, soap and shower gel available to use too :)

Comfortable 4-night stay, just as expected - excellent bed and a spacious room. Location is the key. There are 2 other hotels in the vicinity. This one is the mid-range and unless you want a gym and swimming pool, I see no reason to pay more for the higher-range hotel.

Stayed here to visit family... Lovely friendly hotel... Rooms spotlessly clean... Bathroom well stocked with nice towels... Staff happy to help... Bar and block attached to hotel great food great staff... Would I recommend yes definitely

Usual standard fare for premier inn. Adjoins a beefeater style restaurant - the Bar and Block where you can catch breakfast in the morning. There was a long que at check in - almost 20 mins, I may have caught the evening rush but there was only one person manning desk. The rooms were clean. The staff at check in were pleasant and friendly and the restaurant staff were also very good, in fact excellent. Its a shame the outside was covered in litter.

Self check in, no staff available to report any problems Room wasn’t cleaned during stay. Very loud, inconsiderate neighbours banging around after returning to their rooms early hours, then ongoing banging shouting, stomping around both nights of my stay.

Very comfortable beds and quiet hotel, but sleep was let down by the people on the floor above stomping around their room. Room was spacious but no luggage rack for your suitcase. For the price paid for this hotel I would at least expect tissues in the bathroom and yes I could have used toilet paper but that was cheap and nasty. Breakfast had a good range even in the continental and staff were friendly. Location was good for what I needed.
