This place has gone down hill. We were here 5 years ago and had a great experience. Now, the rooms smell of must and mold, have dead roaches lying around. Comforters are stained. The indoor pool is not kept up with. Hot tub isn’t filled and a major safety hazard to just have an extremely large hole in the floor. My 4 boys wouldn’t stay in the pool longer than a few minutes because the pool was dirty, and the place freaked them out. We have connected rooms and both smell so strongly of mold. Don’t subject your children to it. They’ll get sick. My husband, who isn’t picky when it comes to food, wouldn’t even touch the breakfast. Considering this was a Hampton, I expected much better. Never again will we come here.

Hotel was clean, location was good, but the ice machine was broken, no bottled water in rooms, and none of the customary amenities of good hotels.

I chose Hampton Inn because it is a reliable brand. I was not disappointed. The first room we checked into had a problem with the toilet, but the manager responded immediately and moved us to a different room. Everything else went smoothly as expected.

The hottub was not usable- not only did it now work, it was discolored and looked like mold was growing in the tub.
The room had live wies sticking out of the AC
