Dingy and found a small cockroach in one of the beds

Room was clean and comfortable.
Hallways were not very appealing.

設施太老舊，衞生尚可，房間空調噪音太大！酒店位於老工業區，周邊安靜，幾乎見不到啥人，超市倒是不太遠有1公里多吧！開車去的，物價倒是不貴，主要是沒有税！

The facilities are too old, the hygiene is OK, and the air conditioner in the room is too noisy! The hotel is located in the old industrial area, the surrounding is quiet, and there are almost no people. The supermarket is not too far away, about 1 km! I drove there, and the price is not expensive, mainly because there is no tax!

酒店走廊消毒水味道很重，而且也有發黴的味道，房間衞生一般，但是這酒店有個超級大的水滑梯，非常適合帶娃，停車也方便

The disinfectant water in the hotel corridor tastes very heavy, and it also smells moldy. The room is generally hygienic, but this hotel has a super large water slide, very suitable for bringing a baby, parking is also convenient

We had a problem with the public bothering us to buy stuff and bothering us for our food which we didn’t appreciate  and we also seen people digging in the garbages and seen people wandering around the area we didn’t dwell safe 

We booked this hotel and had to cancel our stay due to a sudden, unexpected family emergency. I called and spoke with customer service and they refused to give me a refund because upon booking “I agreed to the terms and conditions”. What happened to a little human empathy during a hard time? I don’t believe for one second that they couldn’t override this and provide a refund but I guess $150 is important to a big corporation.
