Brand new hotel, next to the outlet mall. The hotel amenities are fabulous including a pool with a hot tub and a fully stocked gym. Breakfast has a wide variety of options including hot food, fruit, yogurt, muffins, bagels, oatmeal, cereal etc. Coffee and tea are available free 24/7. Customer service is great, eager to help and make your stay comfortable. Free parking and wifi. We stayed in a suite with a full kitchen, grocery store was across the street which was very convenient. My only small complaint is that you need to use the key card to get the elevator to take you to your floor which means everyone pretty much needs a key. I understand it’s for a security but would be much better to use a phone as a key.

Had a great time. Hotel was near everything we needed for shopping and a great girls night out! Breakfast was fantastic as well!

Excellent hotel. Our group of friends has met here for four years and it has been wonderful. It fits our needs as a large group perfectly. Will definitely stay again.

Upon checkout, we were slapped with a movie charge that was completely unintentional, as my little girl accidentally clicked on a kids' movie that started playing on the TV without any adult authorization. We were charged almost $30 for an unfinished movie (so easy for a child to select and play) without any confirmation of charges or adult consent, and the TV system makes it far too easy for children to make unintended selections. Imagine a child clicking multiple movies and the surprise charges that could follow at checkout. The staff refused to reverse the charge, citing third-party rules and the 10-minute playback policy, even though the movie was only partially played. This setup can easily lead to unexpected and unnecessary expenses for future guests, and the hotel should take more responsibility by improving the system and protecting guests from accidental charges. Otherwise, the hotel itself was good, but future guests should be aware of this issue. Moreover, movie charges are unreasonably high - it feels more like a bait, and the in-room entertainment system definitely needs improvement.
